知名 3C 部落客耶魯熊表示：「從登記到取得購物金序號，這段時間可能會需要等上 2~4 周。目前也有取得序號的網友反應購物金無法儲值，推測可能再輸入序號時必須要使用美國的 VPN 登入或申請新的 Google 帳號才能正常儲值。整體活動雖然是針對美國地區 HTC One 系列用戶設計，但是 New One、Butterfly、One X、One S SE、Desire 600、Incredible 等手機都可以成功登錄，台灣 HTC 的用戶不妨嘗試一下，試試自己的運氣。」
