馬總統賀誼之旅
總統馬英九11日將率慶賀團前往南美洲友邦巴拉圭，參加巴國新任總統就職典禮，並順訪加勒比海友邦。這是他任內第8度出訪，將首次過境美國紐約。慶賀團預計22日返台。（中央社製表）中央社 102年8月10日

馬英九總統今（11）日將搭乘專機展開「賀誼專案」，參加友邦巴拉圭新任總統副總統就職典禮，並順訪加勒比海友邦海地、聖露西亞、聖文森、聖克里斯多福「三聖」，此行是馬總統第8次出訪友邦，並將成為我國首度在聖露西亞國會發表演說的元首。
馬總統一行人將在下午搭乘中華航空專機，從桃園國際機場啟程，預計中停美國安克拉治加油，抵達紐約大約是美東時間11日下午，隨即參加僑宴，本次出訪首度過境美東大城紐約，加上紐約也是馬總統母校紐約大學所在地，過境相關行程備受矚目。
馬總統12日上午將與美國政要早餐會，包括美國聯邦眾議院外交委員會主席羅艾斯（Ed Royce）和首席議員恩格爾（Eliot Engel），都將親自前往馬總統下榻飯店拜會。總統也將前往九一一遺址參訪，並回母校走走。
馬總統一行預訂13日上午搭乘專機離美，首站先前往位於加勒比海的友邦海地關心地震災後重建、13日晚上抵達巴拉圭，準備參加15日的巴國總統副總統就職大典，並將分別會晤現任總統佛朗哥（Luis Federico Franco Gomez），及卡提斯，並接受巴國亞松森大學致贈榮譽博士學位，隨後接受國際媒體及巴國媒體聯合專訪。
結束巴國行程後，馬總統將順訪位於加勒比海的聖露西亞、聖文森、聖克里斯多福及尼維斯等3個友邦，分別與友邦總督、總理會晤，並訪視中華民國對友邦的援建項目。此行也是馬總統任內首度訪問「三聖」。
專機預計台北時間22日下午抵達桃園國際機場，總統並將在抵台時發表出訪的心得談話。
