陸軍「天鳶專案」採購60架UH-60M黑鷹直升機採購，明年編列70億餘元準備在103年下旬開始接收首批4架新機，但據軍方透露，此案連帶為內政部空勤總隊採購的15架直升機，雖然政府已允諾要為其中6架機採購夜視裝備，以擔負夜間海上搜救的任務，但軍方至今還沒有等到空勤總隊確認夜間搜救裝備需求的發價書，103年度也不見相關建案預算，內政部空勤總隊被質疑藉此不願擔負夜間搜索與吊掛的待命任務。

空勤總隊上午指稱，行政院已核定內政部中程施政計劃，準備在103年到108年度中，為所接裝的6架黑鷹直升機採購夜間搜索裝備，並派員接受夜間吊掛訓練。但記者過濾102到105年度內政部中程施政計畫，並無相關文字表述。
