同意前述版友所說行長確實是個有遠見又城府深的厲害角色大和田被半澤高高提起，逼到絕境，最後卻被行長輕輕放下，就為了要收編己用與平衡行內派系而半澤雖然立下大功，但在董事會的最後為了私仇，自己情緒失控，強逼大和田下跪，讓重視功序倫理的日本企業難以接受若不把半澤左遷，避避風頭，只會使銀行折損一個人才只是這個最後結局，又完美契合了當初大和田的名言: 〈屬下的功勞是上司的功勞〉半澤回收5億，保住伊勢島飯店，通過金融廳檢查，對銀行的功勞可說無與倫比但從結果而論，行長顯然是最大贏家，藉半澤之手，除掉對自己行長位置有威脅的大和田又能整合銀行內的派系，更加鞏固自己的位置〈上司的錯誤是屬下的責任〉大和田因為行長的意思僥倖保住董事一職，倒是他身邊的岸川，雖然在董事會因為所謂的銀行員良心揭發大和田，最後卻是他被調職到遙遠的某處，等於當了替罪羔羊最後，只能說一句，這就是人生啊! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.64.116.78
