(2020)美亞-本公司之子公司Mayer Corporation Development International Limited接獲香港終審法院裁定之公告說明

1.法律事件之當事人、法院名稱、處分機關及相關文書案號:當事人Mayer Corporation Development International Limited、法院名稱In The Court Of Final Appeal Of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region、相關文書案號MISCELLANEOUS PROCEEDINGS NO2 OF 2013。
2.事實發生日:102/10/16
3.發生原委(含爭訟標的):此事件係起因於商業糾紛衍生之相關訴訟案件，經香港終審法院2013年10月7日裁定駁回申請暫時停止執行原審和上訴判決之請求。
4.處理過程:此事件已經香港高等法院于2013年08月16日裁定准予上訴，正於香港終審法院審理中。
5.對公司財務業務影響及預估影響金額:因本公司已於100年度財務報告對Mayer Corporation Development International Limited長期股權投資認列投資損失至零，故對本公司財務業務並無影響。惟該裁定結果導致本公司可能暫時喪失間接所持Mayer Holdings Limited之股東權益暨未來可能產生之利益。
6.因應措施及改善情形:Mayer Corporation Development International Limited將與律師研討後處理。
