ITX青春列車選位問題

請問~我剛剛訂了這個月底的青春列車想從清涼里至南春川
因為第一次搭~很想坐在2樓車廂!
可是網路訂票功能卻沒有出現選位功能~
而是自動跳出了1車8A的位子，幫我決定了

想問一下網路訂票不能選位嗎??還是我訂票哪個環節有問題??
提前網路訂票不能選位不是很奇怪嗎??
我是用英文版定位的
