到職6個月也可請領育嬰津貼 約2萬人受惠

勞動部長陳雄文今天宣布，將修改就業保險法，放寬育嬰津貼請領標準，初估約有2萬人受惠，經立法院三讀通過後，即可實施，新制預計最快2016年上路。

勞動部昨天在立法院表示，將修正「性別平等法」放寬到職6個月就可以申請育嬰假，但就業保險年資未滿1年，仍不能領育嬰津貼，遭批「給假不給薪」。

勞動部表示，依照現行規定，就業保險年資滿1年才能請領育嬰津貼，未來將修法，放寬為滿半年，嘉惠更多初入職場的勞工。
