新北市長朱立倫今天宣布參選國民黨黨主席，並且拋出憲改議題，包括投票年齡下修到18歲、雙首長制改內閣制、不在籍投票，檢討單一選區兩票制，及降低政黨門檻到3%。

國民黨政策會代理執行長費鴻泰表示，這個提議很好，黨團內也已經有卅幾名立委連署成案盼成立修憲委員會，他個人也會支持，等新的黨主席選出來後，會再開黨團大會做出相關決議，黨團會朝這個方向走。
