危機將至希臘人迅速將資金轉移至德國

自希臘大選後，希臘與德國的外交關係，已由冷淡降到了氷凍。但這兩個國家的資金關係卻已變得火熱。

根據周五公布的數據顯示，歐元區國家資金流入德國，創1月金融危機以來最高金額，經濟學家說，這顯示有大量資金流出希臘，轉進其北方對手國家。

德國央行最新Target 2報告--記錄會員國之間交易的歐元區跨境支付系統--顯示上個月有540億歐元(619.1億美元)轉移到了德國，創2011年9月與2012年3月以來最高金額。透過這套支付系統，資金並未實際跨境，而是各國央行對他國央行的債權或債務增加。

有關希臘金融的不確定性，本周急劇升高，其財政部長瓦魯法基斯與總理齊普拉斯遍訪歐洲，希望獲得對其新債務協定的支持。然而，在拜訪了英國，法國，意大利，比利時後，希臘的紓困計劃似乎並沒有進展。目前的協定將於2月底到期，如果未能與歐洲夥伴達成新的協定，希臘便有資金用罄及債務違約的風險。
