兩台iphone照片跟電話無緣無故居然同步了!!!

前幾天我換了iphone6我把我的iphone4給我妹用
iphone4也都重置了，恢復到最原本的設定
但用沒幾天發現iphone6跟iphone4裡的照片跟電話簿裡的東西居然都同步了
為什麼會發生這種事
iphone6只要更新東西iphone4馬上就出現
請好心的大大幫我解決這個問題!拜託!!!!!!
