3G資本擬砸400億美元買卡夫食品

（中央社紐約25日綜合外電報導）「華爾街日報」（WSJ）今天報導，私募股權公司3G資本公司（3G Capital）正就收購卡夫食品集團（Kraft Foods Group）協商，價碼可能超過400億美元。

法新社報導，3G資本和巴菲特（Warren Buffett）的波克夏哈薩威公司（Berkshire Hathaway）2013年砸230億美元，聯手收購蕃茄醬大廠亨氏食品公司（H.J. Heinz Co），在當時成為頭條新聞，甚至重組食品業版圖。

根據彭博，消息人士表示，3G資本正就收購卡夫食品集團進行深入談判，計劃將它與亨氏食品合併。

因消息未公開而不願具名的知情人士表示，最快這週就會宣布協議。卡夫食品集團股價今天收在61.33美元，使市值達360億美元左右。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）1040325
