號稱如藝術品般的皇后級馬卡龍，今年六月份首度進駐百貨專櫃，首月便創下近3000顆馬卡龍銷售佳績！而打造讓貴婦變皇后的夢幻馬卡龍，背後這雙手可不簡單。
從五星級君悅飯店ZIGA ZAGA、亞都麗緻、國聯飯店義法料理主廚出身的品牌總監林瑋真，是各大電視台美食節目邀約的常客，他運用多年的法菜經驗及創意，將法菜概念融入甜品。
林瑋真表示，講求精緻、奢華、品質一向是法國菜核心概念，但是追求健康無負擔的輕養生理念，更是他創造這款「皇后級」馬卡龍的最高宗旨。林瑋真也提到，馬卡龍在情人節更是扮演舉足輕重的情感催化角色，對暗戀、告白或想為戀情加溫者，都是大大加分的最佳利器。
林瑋真進一步表示，隨著消費者對食品安全的重視，市面上不乏許多色彩繽紛的馬卡龍，但不必要的添加物或過度鮮豔的色澤往往讓想嘗試甜品的消費者卻步，擔心裹著糖衣的背後必須付出健康的代價。 (接下一頁)
