標題[問題] 車禍 肇因歸屬

昨日發生一場小車禍 台中黎明路與福科路口 Google街景http://ppt.cc/mbPm 黎明路為雙向單線道 無中央分隔島 福科路為雙向雙線道 有中央分隔島 但黎明路截止 福科路過黎明路後為一雙向巷子 無中央分隔線 但有單邊紅綠燈停止線 我開車行駛在福科路上內側車道到黎明路要左轉 兩邊皆綠燈 無左轉燈 車頭過中央分隔島一點後 看到對向直行車已停車讓直行車先行 不料該直行車後方出現一台機車 機車行駛在該車駕駛座側(即靠近車道中間) 該機車看到我的車緊急煞車 打滑後犁田先磨擦地面 再與我車前保險桿撞擊 我的車頭有超過中央分隔島一點 但若以對向巷子來看 車頭未超過中線 事故發生時我的車是靜止的 不知道這樣判斷的時候 主要肇因跟責任歸屬 誰的責任會較大 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.119.74
