世界華人工商婦女企管協會總會、台北第一分會、美南分會及南加州分會於26日捐贈2輛復康巴士給新北市政府，由總會長施郭鳳珠代表捐贈，市長朱立倫和社會局長李麗圳代表受贈。
朱立倫指出，感謝企管協會全體會員的慷慨捐贈，指復康巴士對於行動不便的身心障礙朋友來說，無論在就學、就醫、就業以及社會參與等各方面，幫助很大。並強調新北市有15萬多名身障人士，幅員又遼闊，因此對於復康巴士的需求非常大，去年一年服務人次就高達39萬7千餘人次，服務對象除了行動不便的身心障礙者，亦包括中、重度以上失能長者，因此希望各界共同發揮愛心，多多捐贈復康巴士。
總會長施郭鳳珠表示，希望捐贈的復康巴士，能夠提供老人照護及身障人士，有更優質的生活，也希望能夠拋磚引玉，期盼社會各界共同響應，加入幫助弱勢團體的行列，以回饋國家和社會。另外，對於該會全球會員姊妹義無反顧，不落人後的熱烈響應和踴躍捐獻，也表達敬佩和感謝。
世界華人工商婦女企管協會1994年創立於舊金山，目前在全世界各地總共有47個分會，該會為慶祝創立20週年，並配合政府社會福利政策與需要，特別捐贈12輛復康巴士及1輛救護車，交由各地方政府及退輔會調撥使用，其中新北市獲贈兩輛復康巴士。
