食藥署推方案 加速新藥審查

食品藥物管理署今日表示，為加速新藥上市，食藥署推動「生技起飛鑽石行動方案」，針對國人醫療迫切需求之藥品，如癌症、愛滋病等嚴重疾病，制定新藥優先審查機制，亦針對已取得美國食品藥物管理局(FDA)或歐盟醫藥管理局(EMA)上市許可之藥品，可採精簡審查機制。

食藥署指出，未來也將持續推動各項藥政改革，如針對國人醫療迫切需求之藥品訂定加速核准(accelerated approval)機制，縮短新成分新藥研發時程，使藥物可提早上市。並持續推動兩岸醫藥研發等國際合作、強化生物相似性藥品、體細胞治療、基因治療等新興生技產品法規。
