范佐憲等人 最快下周開羈押庭

洪仲丘案原在押的何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲與陳毅勳4名被告，1日經軍事法院裁定交保，軍檢2日已向軍事法院提出抗告狀。據了解，軍法院在下周一（5日）收到抗告書後，將會開庭討論；若軍檢抗告成功，最快下周二就會重開羈押庭。

根據軍法院行政程序，未來如果軍法官駁回抗告，4個人還是維持交保裁定；如果，檢方補充的理由夠充足，一旦抗告成功，就會聯絡4名被告和律師，重新開羈押庭，最快下周二就有結果。
