〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕國債鐘好不容易連續2個月下降，最新的統計又出現回升。根據財政部今（7）日發布的最新國債鐘統計，截至7月底止，由於短期債務未償餘額增加，平均每人負擔債務為23.0萬元，比上個月增加2千元。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/EMaO1mWxXoc" height="1" width="1"/>
