小弟有個疑問
若一個晶片本身工作溫度就高
更換散熱膏後風扇轉速變大
會不會是因為傳導變好更真實而變高
還是散熱膏塗得不好而過熱
(我知道散熱膏是傳導用)

原本的塗得很稀疏幾乎只有一半
當然重塗後塗滿且均勻也沒有塗太厚
大致上還算好
組裝過程沒有問題

總的來說
這情況是因為過熱而轉速大還是導熱變好
若是因為導熱好那轉速大除了吵一點以外
沒關係囉
