菲律賓公布調查報告，將8名海巡員以殺人罪起訴，這也讓我國考慮取消對菲制裁。外交部發言人高安今(8)日表示，由於馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處理事主席培瑞茲下午會到洪家表達慰問，因此會檢視菲國做了哪些努力與說明，再決定後續動作。
據了解，培瑞斯今天上午抵台後，將直接前往屏東小琉球拜訪洪家，預計晚間拜訪外交部長林永樂，說明菲律賓對「廣大興28號」案的努力，希望能修補台菲關係，日前也積極斡旋此案的菲律賓駐華代表白熙禮，也會一同隨行。
高安表示，外交部會檢視菲方所做的努力跟說明，然後會做出相應回應，何時解除對菲國的11項制裁，會適時對外說明。至於林永樂是否接見培瑞茲，也要視情況發展而定。
高安表示，對菲律賓政府的正面回應，我國表示肯定，政府透過外交交涉努力磋商談判，為罹難船員洪石成家屬討公道、保護漁民的作業權益安全，並維護國家尊嚴。
