第四屆『青年踏尋孔子行腳』活動在重慶啟動。來自臺灣師範大學、西南大學兩所高校的17名大學生志願者在一周時間內免費為重慶37中的120名學生進行語文、自然、數學、探索教育、電腦等課程輔導，幫助他們認知中華傳統文化，期間還開展文藝表演、團隊協作遊戲等交流活動。

根據臺灣網報導，『青年踏尋孔子行腳』活動由臺灣師範大學於2009年發起，號召大陸、臺灣、香港、澳門兩岸四地的學子，踐行孔子有教無類的教育思想和『孔子行腳』足跡，在各地為學生進行課業輔導，同時交流大學生情誼，培養大學生熱心公益、奉獻愛心的精神。
