洪仲丘案發生，位在桃園的軍檢署成為媒體焦點，今天突然有一名士兵衝到軍事看守所大門口，高喊「有人要殺我」，問他是怎麼一回事，卻又胡言亂語，軍方緊急把這名士兵送醫，並調查他情緒突然失控的原因（繆宇綸報導）

洪仲丘案發生後，位在桃園的軍事法院檢察署，每天都有大批媒體記者在門口守候，緊盯案件偵辦動態，被媒體戲稱是「八德休息站」。9號上午九點多，媒體循例在軍事看守所門口守候，突然有一名身穿憲兵制服的士兵，拎著幾件軍服，衝到軍檢大吼「有人殺我」，問他是什麼事情，卻又表示「我不知道」『有人要殺我！(誰啊？為什麼？)我不知道，我不知道！(那是什麼原因......)我不知道！(怎麼會這樣子？)我不知道！......我不知道！(那你怎麼會跑到門口來？)我忘記了......』

國防部表示，軍事看守所在上午9點30分把這名曾姓士兵送到國軍桃園總醫院就醫，並通知家屬到醫院了解病情，經過初步診療，家屬已經同意讓曾姓士兵住院治療。這名士兵是義務役士兵，今年五月間才分發到看守所，負責看守所衛哨勤務，為何會發生情緒失控的狀況，國防部將進一步調查，並協助後續醫療。
