大規模移監展開 軍監氣氛嚴肅

軍事審判法修正條文今天起實施，國防部台南軍事監獄的囚犯進行移監，天未亮就有大貨車先進入軍監，武裝憲兵開始戒備。

台灣司法史上最大規模移監今天拂曉展開，254名軍犯將移監11處法務部所屬監獄。

清晨4時多陸續有7輛搬家公司的大貨車開進台南軍監，貨車司機都非常低調，只說是受僱來搬東西，應該是搬收容人的個人物品。

多名穿著全副武裝的憲兵則在5時30分左右，分乘3輛軍用小客車進入軍監，監獄門口也排出交管哨等管制人員，警方也到場協助，但到6時為止，還沒有屬於各地方法院檢察署或法務矯正署的車輛抵達。
