唯冠國際子公司違反協議賠1.76億元

曾與蘋果公司爭奪iPAD商標的唯冠國際今日公布，子公司武漢唯冠被武漢仲裁委員會確認違反協定，未經獨立協力廠商武漢經開投資同意或授權出售EMC（易安信）公司的商標，並被勒令歸還武漢經開投資根據協定支付的人民幣3600萬元（約新台幣1.76億元），及支付仲裁費人民幣21.82萬元。

唯冠國際自2010年8月2日起在港交所停牌，現續停牌。
