根據《天下雜誌》今（2）日發布的2013「幸福城市調查：縣市長施政滿意度」結果，民進黨籍的台南市長賴清德不僅蟬聯「縣市長施政滿意度」的冠軍寶座，在年輕世代對五都市長的支持度方面，賴清德的支持度更跨越濁水溪以北，囊括台北市、台中市及台南市最高支持度，國民黨部分僅新北市長朱立倫守住新北市的主場優勢。
面對意向最難捉摸的新世代，《天下雜誌》首度針對五都的年輕世代（20至35歲）進行模擬民調，「如果明天就是總統大選，五都市長同為候選人，你會支持誰？」結果顯示，賴清德支持度跨越濁水溪以北，囊括台北市、台中市、及台南市最高支持度，深獲肯定。
透過交叉分析，《天下雜誌》發現，綠營首長的「主場優勢」相當明顯，台南市由賴清德獲得過半的55.4%支持度，高雄市也由市長陳菊拿下43.51%的支持度，而藍營只有朱立倫鞏固住新北市的主場優勢。
值得注意的是，賴清德不僅在台南市主場獲得最高的年輕世代支持度，在台北市也是排名第一，支持度24.6%，排名第二的則是新北市長朱立倫；而在台中市，也是由賴清德以21.2%拿下第一，第二名才是市長胡志強的19.79%。
在今年的縣市長施政滿意度調查中，朱立倫雖僅拿下第13名，但已比去年大幅躍升6個名次，顯示其施政團隊，已逐漸獲得新北市市民認同；而朱立倫在台北市新世代選民心目中，獲得第二高的支持度(20.35%)，也顯示其認同度有擴大雙北的跡象。
《天下雜誌》2013「幸福城市調查：縣市長滿意度」，從民眾及專家的綜合角度，為22縣市父母官，進行施政滿意度總體檢；民意調查執行時間，為2013年7月8日至8月13日，進行分層隨機抽樣電話調查。
