標題[問題] offre選擇 生活品質vs薪資

剛辭掉一份餐飲服務業 原本是希望朝行政 正常時間上下班的工作 但臨時又有了一個服務業的職缺機會 且薪水也較高 請幫選擇 A職 I-primo 門市櫃姐 薪資網路上寫35K起 上班時間一天9小時 面試時主管有提說加班有時可能超過晚上11.12點 有同學曾錄取過,但做了幾天就辭職 理由是太過制式化的訓練及口語 但對於這些訓練我覺得我都能克服 前份工作也是在很要求服務品質的鼎泰豐做過 B職 誠品總機行政 薪資大概23K左右 周休二日 早9點到晚6點半 這時間剛好就是我的期望 而蠻注重的升遷方面,主管世說內部都會有升遷管道 所以不會永遠是總機的工作 但又卡在爬過文,似乎蠻多人說誠品的薪資福利方面不佳 因此又有點猶豫 我算剛出社會的新鮮人 因為還需要還貸款所以會比較看重薪資 不然我也很想選擇自己期望的B職 是也考慮過解決方法,領22K可能過得克難點 但還不至於餓死 想請問前輩們 會怎麼選擇呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.6.20.109
