匯豐大陸9月製造業PMI公布，初值回升至51.2，創六個月新高，8月為50.1。
根據人民網報導，對此，匯豐大中華區首席經濟學家屈宏斌分析稱，9月匯豐製造業PMI初值超市場預期回升至六個月高點顯示經濟回暖持續。隨著大陸國內微刺激政策拉動投資增長加快，加之外部需求企穩回升，預期經濟回暖勢頭在未來幾個季度仍將持續。經濟穩中有升無疑有助於改革的深化及推進，而後者正是經濟中長期可持續增長的關鍵。
同時，屈宏斌表示，新訂單減庫存衡量的增長動力指標創下六個月高點2.1(8月1.8)，歸因於新訂單增長快於產成品庫存。積壓訂單為兩年新高，供應商供貨時間也有所拉長，顯示產能利用率有所上升。包括內外需在內的需求面整體改善，投資回暖，出口回升拉動生產加速，預計三季度GDP同比有可能從二季度的7.5%回升至7.8%。
英大證券研究所所長李大霄認為，PMI初值回升至51.2對築牢A股市場底部基礎非常有利。匯豐資料與官方資料相互印證經濟持續回暖，對股票市場回暖有非常明顯的支援作用，上半年上市公司業績增長12%，已經擺脫了下滑的格局，三季度有機會加速，全年的增長有機會超12%。
