北檢擬傳總統作證 府尊重

台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，本周已與總統府初步聯繫，將依法傳喚馬總統作證。總統府發言人李佳霏今天表示，總統府尊重司法，但基於偵查不公開，沒有評論。

至於黃世銘是否去職，總統府人士表示，目前有許多調查程序進行，只要結果出來確實證明黃世銘有不法，就依法辦理。
