六大工商團體今（9）日拜會行政院長江宜樺，希望召開國是會議，解決國內爭論不休的問題，商總理事長張平沼還強調「不是來調停的，而是表達心聲」。
張平沼說，沒有能耐調停、當調人，但希望為國家經濟發展忍受一下，退一步海闊天空。談話聚焦兩岸服務貿易的簽訂，要行政院跟受影響的產業多溝通。
對於國家未來發展，張平沼感到憂慮，他表示，全球經濟動能不足，很不幸台灣9月又發生政治紛爭，美國行政、立法僵局造成聯邦政府停擺，預估3、4個星期，第4季的經濟成長率降7%，台灣如果這樣下去，很多經濟法案都在立法院，擔心經濟成長率能否「保2」？
江宜樺則說，政院和工商團體一樣，對9月以來的非經濟干擾因素影響國家發展憂心忡忡，政院最希望在和諧安定的環境下增強國際競爭力，美國政治僵局我們無法控制，但對幾種可能的發展情況，都預做心理準備。
六大工商團體包含中華民國全國工業總會、商業總會、工商協進會、中小企業總會、工業協進會、台灣區電機電子工業同業公會昨（8）日舉行記者會，發布聯合聲明並提4大訴求，分別是打破政治僵局、召開國是會議、提振國會效能、儘快落實自由經濟示範區。
