管碧玲：軍公教年終慰問金發放 與GDP無關

有國民黨立委提案恢復軍公教年終慰問金。當初揭露年終慰問金無法源的民進黨立委管碧玲今晚說，年終慰問金發放與否與GDP無關，因公傷殘及弱勢者，不管GDP多少，現行都可領慰問金，至於其他人，因無法源，即便GDP成長是百分之兩百也不該發。

管碧玲說，如今債台高築、失業率高，若政府有錢最優先的事應是「還錢」、創造就業，而非恢復年終慰問金；她研判該案不會在立法院通過。
