副總交保 日月光：尊重司法

高雄地檢署今傳喚日月光副總經理林顯堂到案，檢察官訊問6小時後，諭令新台幣500萬元交保。日月光表示，尊重司法，不表示意見。

日月光涉嫌排放廢水污染案，高雄地檢署今天中午傳喚日月光副總經理林顯堂到案。林顯堂中午由律師及環保警察陪同到地檢署，不發一語進入偵查庭應訊。

歷經6小時偵訊，檢察官認為林顯堂涉嫌流放含毒廢水汙染後勁溪重大，諭令500萬元交保。

對此日月光今晚表示，尊重司法，基於偵查不公開原則，不便對案情表示意見。
