住家淹水導致大樓電梯損壞賠償

我家因水管脫落導致淹水蔓延到電梯機板損壞,經管委會詢問電梯公司認定為"人為因素"所以我要賠償 (已同意賠償金額) 到底我要賠給誰?是管委會還是電梯公司?
因為管委會的意思是我要直接付錢給電梯公司電梯公司開發票或收據給我這樣對嗎? 如果付給電梯公司會不會後續又哪裡壞掉又管委會要我負責?

請懂的人告訴我
PS:管委會是有跟電梯公司議價,但感覺上好像管委會一直跟她沒關係她只是居中協調,好像是我跟電梯公司之間的事?到底怎樣才對
