明天就是除夕，高雄市代銷公會理事長戴嘉聖指出，由於高雄今年銷售狀況還不錯，活動比較少，高雄建案多是過年期間來就送紅包袋、公仔和家電，只有甲山林的案子不休息。甲山林業務部經理部黃惠玲指出，「華人匯」和「華人桂冠」過年期間不打烊，VIP北客預約賞屋的迎賓活動仍持續。

太子建設在台南推案「太子Win」也在大年初三開工，太子建設副理陳冠佑說，過年期間，現場備有500份吉祥物隨身碟、紅包袋，讓賞屋民眾索取，送完為止。（劉曉霞／台中報導）
