【大紀元2014年02月01日訊】 根據仲量聯行（Jones Lang LaSalle）最新發布的2013年度加拿大辦公樓租金最高街道報告，溫哥華市中心的Burrard街排居第二位，每平方呎租金為65.91元。
全國辦公樓租金最高街道排名中，多倫多的Bay街連續第3年高居榜首，每平方呎租金為73.54元，是多倫多金融區的中心，和高檔購物區Yorkville所在地；溫哥華的Burrard街從2012年上升到第二名，每平方呎租金為65.91元，上漲了近4元，這裡是溫哥華市中心的中心地帶；排居第三名的是卡爾加里的2nd Street SW，每平方呎租金為59.72元，今年首次上榜，是卡爾加里的金融區，部分最高建築集中於此。
