捷運隨機殺人案 兩人一刀畢命

檢警今天解剖複驗捷運隨機殺人案四名死者，張正翰和潘碧珠兩人，都是一刀畢命，解青雲被刺兩刀，李翠雲三刀。四個人都有至少一刀穿刺傷，最深達17公分，傷及心臟、肝臟及動脈等器臟，大量失血致死。

根據檢警相驗調查，張正翰腹部一處刀傷，是深達17公分穿刺傷，傷及內臟，失血過多致死。

潘碧珠則被刺中右肩刀，由背後穿刺，切斷動脈，深達12公分，大量出血致死。

解青雲胸、腹部兩處刀傷，左前胸處是13公分的穿刺傷，刺穿心臟，致失血過多死亡，另手臂有一處切割傷。

李翠雲胸腹部一處穿刺傷，刺穿心臟，傷及肝臟，大量出血致死。另右腋處一處穿刺傷，也刺穿勒骨，手臂處一處切割傷。
