新屋過戶帶動 北市買賣移轉月增15％

北市最新的5月買賣移轉棟數數字出爐，北市5月的買賣移轉棟數比起4月增加16％，總共為3220棟，是今年以來表現最佳的一次。受到交屋帶動，萬華區的移轉量罕見地超越中山區，成為北市移轉量最大的區域。

台北市5月買賣移轉棟數為3220棟，明顯較4月增加了16％。除了反應4月買氣表現穩定外，部分移轉應是受到新成屋交屋帶動，此次移轉量最大的萬華區，就受到新成屋交屋帶動，4月移轉棟數419棟，罕見的比中山區還高，表現較好的區域還有大同區、松山區、北投與內湖區。 信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德表示，4月下半旬出現許多房市議題，包括雙張會、囤房稅等，對於房市有一定衝擊。不過台北市5月的移轉量仍月增16%，主要是3月有千戶的新成屋完工，陸續過戶到屋主名下，若扣除新成屋交屋等因素，表現應屬一般。
