桃園八德合宜住宅案延燒，法務部與廉政署連日來徹夜辦案，外界質疑，法務部長羅瑩雪是否會因年底選舉衝擊考量而有所顧慮？法務部長羅瑩雪今(5)日接受資深媒體人周玉蔻訪談時表示，此案的偵辦，廉政署完全不會因為對國民黨造成選舉壓力而有所顧慮。她強調，自己這麼白目早就下台了，何來顧慮之說？

羅瑩雪今早接受周玉蔻專訪時，接受周玉蔻提問有關，廉政署辦案與選情影響的提問。周玉蔻提問，外界對於廉政署在近來是否有收到來自高層的關切？廉政署是否會因衝擊國民黨年底選情而有所顧慮？

羅瑩雪表示，廉政署辦案依法執行，她自己至今仍未收到來自高層的電話詢問與關切，也不會因衝擊國民黨年底選情而有所顧慮，若有顧慮「此案就不會偵辦了」。

周玉蔻也問，若此案讓國民黨年底選舉崩盤，馬英九總統會有壓力嗎？羅瑩雪則答道，應該不會有。她說，馬總統向來做事不問藍綠，有人認為他用人是對著鏡子用人，但其實他用人也不問藍綠，賴幸媛、張博雅就是例子，再者監委也提名過民進黨立委尤美女，就可略知一二。
