黃景泰三度交保 地檢署放棄抗告

基隆地方法院羈押庭三度裁定涉貪的基隆市議長黃景泰交保，免予羈押，基隆地檢署今天凌晨近四點宣布，為維護偵查秘密，避免有限人力虛耗法庭，決定不再針對交保裁定提出抗告，並會按既定偵查計畫全力偵辦。
