藍：撤銷黃景泰提名程序依法 不涉清白

國民黨發言人陳以信今天表示，中常會昨日廢止提名基隆市議長黃景泰參選基隆市長之決議，被黃召開記者會批評是「不分是非黑白」，作法違反黨內辦法與程序正義一事，昨日中常會僅撤銷代表黨參選提名，未涉及黨權與考紀，與黃個人清白也無關，程序沒有問題。

陳以信表示，昨日中常會所為決議，係依據「中國國民黨黨員參加公職人員選舉提名辦法」第三條第二項規定，程序沒有問題，作法也有前例可循，因此黃的批評係屬誤解。

其次，他強調，昨日決議僅單純撤銷，對黃景泰代表國民黨參選基隆市長的提名，並未涉及他個人黨權狀態，也未涉及考紀問題，因此與黃的個人清白，並無關係。
