政院踢館！ 南部縣市批農業加值格局小

行政院會上午聽取農委會報告自由經濟示範區—農業加值推動情形，會中，高雄市副市長李永德和台南市副市長顏純左輪番發言，質疑示範區農業加值格局小，傷害台灣農業。農委會主委陳保基則不客氣的反駁，他很「訝異」李永德引用錯誤數據，還反嗆批評法案，應先把法案看完。院會中對此激烈交鋒，氣氛一度緊繃。

行政院發言人孫立群在行政院會後記者會也表示，李永得、顏純左在院會拿謬誤的問題，多所質疑，「氣氛很不好。」
