陳昇今出席量血壓公益活動，談到最近柯震東吸毒，他不了解細節，不願表示意見，不過他直言漢人不易抵擋誘惑，大麻等藥物在台灣絕不能除罪化，至於中國警方放出柯震東的懺悔影片，是否侵害人權？陳昇直言：「就是沒人權啊，怎麼會跟中國講人權。」（李志展／台北報導）
