（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣16日電）屏東縣長曹啟鴻順應民意，表示對餿水油案負責，今天除召開正式記者會鞠躬道歉，並宣布准環保局、衛生局、農業處、地政處、城鄉發展處5局處首長請辭，11月1日生效。

餿油案爆發，延燒全台，面對各界質疑屏東縣政府環保和衛生單位查緝不力，以及民眾抗議要求負責等聲浪，屏東縣長曹啟鴻今天召開正式記者會鞠躬道歉。1030916
