兒上臉書開戰遭屠殺　母獲賠608萬

男子王志維前年不滿債主張建華在臉書上懸賞10萬要逮他，決定先下手為強，夥同李叢安及鍾典宏埋伏反擊，張男的友人唐柏豪前來助陣遭斷頸，張的另一友人王彥鈞到場聲援則被開膛，心臟外露慘死街頭，王彥鈞出發前還在臉書上說要打「游擊戰」，卻一去不回，台北地院今判王志維等3被告應連帶賠償死者家屬共608萬元；仍可上訴。

判決指出，前年五月，王志維因簽賭職棒，欠組頭張建華10萬元而遭追債，他即邀來共犯李叢安等人，準備跟張的人馬火拼，案發時，王志維約張談判，張男也找來好友王彥鈞、唐柏豪助陣，沒想到2人均橫死街頭，被告等3人已遭依傷害致死罪判刑7年4個月至15年不等，民事部分，法官判3被告連帶賠死者家屬608萬元，李叢安犯案時未滿20歲，他的父母也遭判應連帶賠償。（劉志原╱台北報導）
