法新社報導，古巴政府19日宣布，將從2015年起，逐步把目前8984家國營餐館賣給民營業者。

古巴人經常抱怨國營餐館品質低劣、服務差勁，且食物供應不足。古巴貿易部副部長艾達．查維茲說，古巴將在未來幾年大幅改變該國餐飲服務的結構，將國營機構轉移到非國營部門的手中。
