偷鄰內衣褲 過夜6小時歸還

〔自由時報記者張筱笛／台北報導〕李姓男子為偷鄰居內衣褲，竟在自家外牆上演「蜘蛛人攀牆」戲碼！

李男腳踩遮雨棚，一手抓住鄰居家的鐵窗，另一手伸進窗內，偷走鄰居與其女友的內褲、內衣，帶回家「過夜」6小時，當他再次施展「攀爬術」欲物歸原主，被鄰居撞見爬窗糗樣，報警抓人；李男被逮後坦承犯行，法官審酌後判他7月徒刑，緩刑3年，支付公庫6萬元。仍可上訴。

判決指出，李男趁凌晨四下無人，沿鐵窗欄杆爬上鄰居家偷衣物，因行竊時不小心弄髒身體，竟還隨地拾得1把剪刀，剪斷冷氣機的排水管「洗身體」。

李男隔天早上再次爬窗歸還衣物，被鄰居親眼目睹他在窗外「游移」，嚇得趕緊報警處理。法官審酌李男是初犯，依竊盜罪判他7月徒刑，緩刑3年。
