江內閣不同調　勞動部打臉農委會

「正義黑心油」事件暴露出政府縱向、橫向聯繫不足；農委會拋出農業外勞政策，被勞動部打臉，再度引發外界質疑內閣不同調。
 
今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，農委會主委陳保基在立院備詢時表示，計畫於明年一月以試辦方式，引進農業外勞，勞動部隨即跳出來反駁。
 
勞動部強調，引進外勞必須符合「缺工」、「不影響本勞就業」兩大原則，農委會也得證明本勞不願意做，才能開放外勞。有官員私下抱怨，開放農業外勞要經勞動部核准，農委會喊明年初試辦，「不是農委會自己說了算。」（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
