英屬直布羅陀 要求投票年齡降至16

法新社報導，英屬直布羅陀政府13日建議將投票的法定年齡，從18歲降至16歲。

蘇格蘭上月舉行獨立公投時，准許16歲以上選民參與投票。目前，英國正討論是否降低投票年齡。

直布羅陀行政首長皮卡多發表聲明說：「蘇格蘭公投涵蓋16歲以上選民，英國與直布羅陀的未來公投可能比照辦理，結果是，情況至為明顯，所有普選均應擴大成為16歲以上選民選舉。」

皮卡多的社會自由聯盟在17席議會中擁有10席，意謂這項提案篤定過關。
