「滬港通」即將啟動，上海證券交易所近日授予89家大陸券商辦理港股通業務資格，而中國大陸證監會也發布相關規範，要求券商進行港股通業務時，傭金不得低於服務成本，

換句話說，89家券商不得以任何形式進行價格壟斷和不正當競爭。

路透社中文網報導，中國證券監督管理委員會17日在每週例會上，發布證券公司參與滬港通業務試點的相關通知，規範證券公司在從事滬港通業相關投資咨詢時，要取得符合大陸和香港的業務規定。

另外，香港持牌機構若以大陸關聯機構名義，向大陸投資者發布涉及香港股票的研究報告，應由大陸註冊證券分析師在報告上署名。

上海證交所網站也列出89家授予港股通業務資格的券商名單，中信證券、海通證券等大型券商均在列，但高盛高華證券、瑞信方正證券、摩根士丹利華鑫等一些合資券商以及一些券商經紀公司未獲業務資格。(中央社)
