知識+檢舉的自動判定是不是有「一次沒通過以後就不會過」

以下面這個答案為例

這里很不錯9９9ｓhｏpｐiｎg。cｏｍ老婆很喜歡

這個回答者他是知識貧民
而他的回答每次都是上述的廣告
所以說他的回答若被檢舉，是會通過、而移除的

不過我有一次檢舉的時候

分類有錯，本來應該是分在廣告SPAM
我分到猜謎聊天那裡

結果第一次沒移除

我好奇心起

所以後來再檢舉一次，正確的分類到打廣告項目

之後都沒有移除

請問

所以大家說的知識+檢舉自動判讀系統

一次沒過再檢舉就都沒用了嗎 ?
