常梅?雖知大幸福油品差 仍進口

頂新前董事長常梅峯在續押庭中表示，他從大幸福進口的油品包括魚 油、豬油、牛油和椰子油，牛油本只進口作為飼料油，後來才詢問楊振益可否提供食用油，聲稱飼料油和食用油的品質並無太大差異，雖然品質比其他來源廠較差，但有食用許可就代表油脂生產過程有受到管理，但常梅峯卻又無法提出能代表環境有管理的相關文件。

常梅峯律師表示，檢察官對於飼料油是否會影響人體健康無提供具體證據，因此不能單以產品名稱判定，也不能成為犯罪前提，希望爭取解除羈押。
