男酒駕苦肉計求情　第7次判坐牢

許姓男子有6次酒駕紀錄，最重僅被判刑6月、仍得以易科罰金了事。今年他又酒駕肇事，被判7月徒刑定讞，須坐牢。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，許姓男子92年起，有6次酒駕紀錄，從原本判罰金6萬元到後來判6月徒刑，均可易科罰金。他今年又酒駕撞毀停車場柵欄，施展溫情攻勢哀求法官，但高等法院痛批許惡性不改，判7月徒刑定讞，須坐牢。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
